Training and Development

IGTIC offers training programs, and engineering and technical consulting solutions for all clients, and targets the governmental, private, and public sectors.   Our methodology is to mix between the scientific knowledge with the practical and applied experience, using modern creative means, and to achieve the professional standards in order to convey the impact of the training to the practice.  Also, our methodology is to develop the skills and hire the best professionals in the training field in order to exceed our clients' expectations and to be leaders in our profession.

In the training and development unit, we listen to our clients and exert our best efforts to understand their needs, and we design programs that meet those needs in order to enhance their performance as individuals and as organizations.  The trainers are committed to the training standards that guarantee the achievement of high professional quality in our training activities.

 Our Methodology
The training and development unit has several modern training  strategies and  methods and  CLOBE is the  most important of them, where we put four questions about the training course and its importance, and then we provide  definition of its objectives and contents,..  During knowledge enrichment we explain the method, tools, mechanism, , means, and methods that could be used to apply that knowledge.; hence, looking to the future and putting the probabilities and assumptions to  resolve the the challenges and to make use of the opportunities  to achieve the objectives of the training course.
